Replacement & Exchange Policy

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a replacement or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible, please provide:
    • Order ID
    • Photos or video of the damaged/defective item
    • Unboxing video (mandatory in case of damage claims)

Replacement Delivery Timeframe

Once the replacement or exchange request is approved, the new item will be:

  • Dispatched within 3 business days
  • Delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

 

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only if the product is defective, damaged, or not delivered, and the claim is raised within 7 days of order receipt.
  • If approved, refunds will be credited within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are not provided for:
    • Incorrect usage or change of mind
    • Orders placed with incorrect details by the customer

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Must be returned with all packaging and labels

Return Shipping

We will initiate the return or replacement process if your return meets the eligible conditions. However, please note:
